This sturdy pillar drill can support loads up to 60kg on the parallel slot table. The drill has a throat of 254mm, and a maximum distance from spindle to table of 525mm, making it suitable for large work pieces. A variable speed DC motor and a belt/pulley gear change gives a range of speeds from 100rpm to 2800rpm. A pumped coolant system keeps the drill bit lubricated. A 120mm wide / 75mm capacity manual vise is included.
